Eugenia "Jean" A. Todd

Eugenia “Jean” A. Todd, 94 of Ft. Madison passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021 at 8:20 AM at The Madison. She was born on August 14, 1926 in Lee County, Iowa to Hugh and Theresa Weidmann Foresman. On August 1, 1945 she married Marcus Clayton Todd in Ft. Madison and he passed away on October 28, 1984. She then married Carl “Barney” Anderson on March 16, 1995 in Denmark and he passed away on April 28, 1998. Jean was a homemaker. She was a member of Denmark Congregational United Church of Christ, Denmark Senior Citizens and enjoyed gardening. Survivors include three daughters, Linda Todd of Taos, NM, Wanda (Thomas) Berry of LaGrande, OR and Lana (Rich) Harrison of Edwardsville, IL; one son, Marcus Todd of Ft. Madison; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her daughter in law, Dawn Todd. Due to the current COVID outbreak, a private burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, rural Fort Madison and a graveside service with Pastor Chad Savage will take place in the spring. King-Lynk Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family. A memorial has been established for Denmark Congregational United Church of Christ and online condolences may be left at www.kinglynk.com
