Linda Sue Wirth, 79, of Mount Carmel, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family.  She was born on March 11,1941, in Mount Carmel, the daughter of Lenus and Jessie (Dill) Tatro.  In 1964 she married Paul Wirth and together they have enjoyed fifty-six years of marriage. Linda spent her life as a homemaker.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She loved her family dearly and they treasured her also.  She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Linda leaves behind her beloved husband, Paul; son Fred Pearson; granddaughters, Rachel Pearson and boyfriend Justin Younker, Dawnella Byerly; grandson Jacob Wirth and girlfriend Kassie; great-granddaughter Brooklyn Wirth; sister, Judy Banks and husband David; many loved nieces, nephews and cousins. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; son, Paul “Worm” Wirth Jr.  The family will gather for a Private Graveside Service at Highland Memorial Cemetery. Keepes Funeral Home is serving the family with the arrangements.  To view Linda’s tribute wall, purchase flowers and leave condolences for the Wirth family, please visit www.keepesfuneralhome.com
