EDWARD R. WEAVER, 88 of Menominee, MI passed away on Thursday January 21, 2021 at the Luther Home in Marinette, WI. Ed was born on September 24, 1932 in Goshen, IN to the late Paul and Nina (Weldy) Weaver. On February 16, 1952 Ed married the former Clara Osborne in Fort Wayne, IN. Ed worked as a general contractor for many years owning and operating Bayside Builders. Ed loved outdoor activities such as hunting, camping and boating. In his younger years, Ed was a boy scout leader. He was a member of North Shore Church. Survivors include his wife: Clara of Menominee, MI; 5 children: Steven Weaver of Escanaba, MI, Ramona (Mike) Sheppard of Manistique, MI, Kathryn (Gerald) Wyse of Grand Rapids, MI, Dennis (Jenette) Weaver of Menominee, MI and Scott Weaver of Ridgefield, WA; 6 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 2 sisters: Evelyn Miller of KS and Fayetta Horst of Holt, MI; and 1 brother: Lawrence Weaver of SD. Ed was preceded in death by his grandson: Gregory Sheppard; daughter in law: Christine Weaver; 2 sisters: Shirley and Jane; and 1 brother: Wayne. In keeping with Ed's wishes, no services will be held. Cadieu Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.Obituary
