Laura J. Clark, 55, of Cattaraugus, NY, passed away on January 22, 2021 following a courageous battle against endometrial cancer. She was surrounded with love and support by family, friends, and her Church community.

Laura grew up in Springville, NY and graduated in 1983 from Springville Griffith Institute. After her marriage to Jim Clark in 1987, his US Navy career took them all around the world and country. She made every new move a fun adventure for her family while being a supporting and devoted wife. After years of travel, she and Jim finally retired and settled down in Western New York.

Laura will be remembered as an animal lover, avid horsewoman, and loving wife and mother. She loved riding her horses, camping, traveling to visit family, and watching chick flicks with her daughters. She was also a draft horse teamster, and could often be seen giving wagon rides and participating in parades around Springville and Ellicottville.

Her memory will be cherished and kept alive by her husband, James K. Clark; her three daughters, Cassandra Mitchell (Phil), Stephanie Clark (Paul) and Jamie Evanson (Colin); and her two granddaughters, Heidi Mitchell and Madison Evanson.

Laura is also survived by her parents, Arthur Arnold and Nancy Bellman, her sister, Carol Keiber, and her brother Randal Arnold. Laura was predeceased by her brother, Gregory Arnold.

 Relatives and friends may visit Gowanda Assembly of God Church 78 Allen St. Gowanda Monday January 25 from 11AM to 12PM where a funeral service will immediately follow.
