Jasper L. Howard, Sr., son of Isaac J. Howard, Sr. and Willa Mae (Palmer) Howard, departed this life January 17, 2021.  He was preceded by his brothers, Andrew Howard and Willie J. Howard, Sr., daughter, Alice R. (Howard) Clay and his widow, Carole F. Howard.

Leaving to mourn him:  his son, Jasper Jr.; companion (and mother of Alice Howard); Canzata Macon and her daughters, Cindy Dandridge, Valerie Macon and Keona Jordan; grandsons, Travail Clay, Justin Clay, Jordan Beck and Jalen Beck; brothers, Isaac J. Howard, Jr. and Alton Howard; sister, Etta (Howard) Hill; and a host of brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.  He will be greatly missed by family, friends, and neighbors.
