He was born in Vanceburg, KY on February 20, 1940 to the late Carl and Alva (Cassidy) Morrison.<br /> Garret was retired after 52 years with the Groveport-Madison School District.<br /> Garret is survived by his friend, Janice L. Cowan; sons, Douglas (Martina) and Mark (Cindy) Morrison; grandchildren, Jason (Becky), Benjamin, Tyler, Aaron, Abby, Triston and Nakyiah; great-grandchildren, Lauren, Jace and Emma.<br /> A memorial service will be held at a later date.
