Sr. Cecilia Tong, acj on January 21, 2021 age 79 years. Member of the Handmaids of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Her ministries took her across the globe from east to west. She worked for many years with Vietnamese refugees in the US, taught in the East Asia Pastoral Institute, worked in formation training with Handmaid postulants, and was a contributor to Radio Veritas in the Phillippines. After returning to the US she lived and worked at Saint Raphaela Center (with the Haverford community) before moving to the Wyncote community, and finally, the Manor. Funeral Mass 11:00AM Saturday January 30, 2021 Church of St. Luke the Evangelist 2316 Fairhill Ave. (at Easton Rd.) Glenside, PA 19038. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing at the Church Saturday after 9:30AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
