Mark Curtis Williams died unexpectedly at home near Evergreen on June 20. He was 62.
Mark was born in Denver on May 22, 1953. After graduating from high school in Deerfield, IL, he attended Western State College in Gunnison, CO, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. Mark went on to a successful career in inventory management for several Colorado manufacturing companies.
He is mourned by family members and friends grasping for words to describe him. Mark was kind, loyal, smart, patient, funny, laid back and a real handyman. He loved his family, especially daughter Juli Anna. He also loved living and camping in the mountains, beach vacations and working with his hands.
He is survived by his daughter, Juli Anna Williams, Arvada; mother, Marybeth Yarberry (Glen), Highlands Ranch; sisters Carol Williams Gunn (John), Rollinsville, and Jane Kelso (John), Evergreen; brother David Williams, Benicia, CA; three nephews and two nieces. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Edgar Donnell Williams of Castle Pines North.
A memorial service and celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
