Mercedes Oliva Ordoña Colorado Springs, Colorado Obituary

Mercedes Oliva Ordoña

Mercedes Oliva Ordoña, 78, died January 20, 2021 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born August 14, 1942 to Felipe and Rosa (Calinog) Oliva in Pangasinan, Philippines. Mercedes was full of love, strength, intelligence, respect, grace and beauty. Devoted to God and her husband, best friend and companion of sixty years, Ricardo. She was amazing, kind, wonderful, energetic to her grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She taught us all the importance of hard work yet to laugh 'till your hearts' content.  Even though she is gone from our sight, we know family values are her legacy and they will live and shine in all of our hearts. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Sera Liza Ortiz; and her parents, Felipe and Rosa Oliva. Mercedes is survived by her husband, Ricardo Lacaste Ordoña of Honolulu, Hawaii; son, Richard O. (Emelinda) Ordoña of Colorado Springs; daughters, Marie O. Onizuka of Hawaii, Imelda O. (Daniel) Tibayan of California, Delia O. (Lee) Peralta of Hawaii, Vilma O.
