Donald Ray Gammon passed from this life January 20, 2021 at the age of 69.

He was born May 7, 1951 the son of Arthur and Mima (Davis) Gammon in Hugo, OK.

Don liked to stay busy and always had a great story to tell. He was a great musician and songwriter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and building things. He cherished time spent with his family and friends. He loved his grandchildren more than anything on earth. Don was tough, smart, and funnier than he realized. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Mima Gammon; his loving wife, Jessie (Jamerson) Gammon; son, Jamie Don Gammon; sister, Barbara Gammon; brother-in-law, Branson Metcalf; nephews, Brett and Jody Metcalf.

Don leaves to cherish his memory, son, D. Heath Gammon and wife, Kimberly Gammon and granddaughter Jamie Grace Gammon, of Wylie Texas; Grandson, Tyler Gammon and fiancé, Katia Gonzalez of Broken Bow; Sisters, Kathryn Solomon and husband, Larry, Karen Metcalf, all of Broken Bow; as well as, a host of loving nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

A viewing for family and friends will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 PM, Sunday, January 24, 2021 at the Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, January 25, 2021 at the Bunch-Singleton Funeral Home – Chapel, Interment will follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery.
