David W Nalley

David William Nalley, age 70, died of end stage renal failure on January 20, 2021 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. David was born on August 12, 1950 in Iowa City, Iowa David is survived by his daughter Christina (Kevin O’Dell), of Moore, Oklahoma; his son Ashton Nalley, of Council Bluffs, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Gabrielle, Isabella and Gracelynn of Moore, Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his parents Bernita Coleman, and step-father, Garnett N Coleman, of Boydton, Virginia; and his son, Mark E Nalley, of Bethany, Oklahoma. David had several jobs throughout his life including bus driving for Trailways, owned and operated a trucking business, Danal trucking, as well as being a diesel mechanic. He enjoyed playing cards, camping, fishing, traveling and riding motorcycles. His family and friends will always remember him as a fun loving, and kind hearted person. A visitation is scheduled for January 22nd at McPherson Church of Christ in Council Bluffs, IA from 6 to 8 pm. All are welcome to attend and celebrate David’s life. Flowers can be sent to Hoy-Kilnoski funeral home in Council Bluffs, Ia. Memorials will be directed by his family

I could share memories for days. You were like a second dad to me in our younger days. Always willing to take us cruising. We did have to dust the Chevelle first lol. You always had a funny comment. Thanks for always being fun and letting me hang out at your house.
