Our deepest condolences are with the family and we pray prayers of strength during this difficult time. Sheila F. Jacobs was born in Yonkers, New York on January 18, 1965. She was the daughter of Betty Jacobs and the late Lawrence Jacobs. Sheila peacefully entered into her final resting place on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center. May our dear sister be welcomed in the sweet and tender embrace of the Most High and living God. She received her formal education in Cortland Manor, New York public school systems. Sheila graduated from Walter Panas High School. She continued her studies at Westchester Business College and completed her Bachelor Degree in Business. At an early age, she became a member of Community Memorial Baptist Church in Yonkers, NY. In 2006, she relocated to Hartsville, South Carolina and joined Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. Sheila became active in the church and was a youth Sunday school teacher and a member of the Usher Board. Sheila was a devoted daughter, mother, grandmothers, sister, aunt and special too all of her family. She shall surely be missed by all who knew her and loved her dearly. Preceding Sheila in death are her father, Lawrence Jacobs and her sister, Erica Fields. Those who shared the joys and sorrows of life with Sheila other than her mother Betty Jacobs of Hartsville, SC are her daughter, Sherrell J. Venzen of Hartsville, SC; One granddaughter, Angel Marie Venzen of Hartsville, SC; Five brothers, Darrin L. Jacobs and Brian L. Jacobs both of Peekskill, NY, Lamar Fields, Todd Fields and Shannon Fields all of Georgia; Three God-Children, Travis Jacobs of Florence, SC, Chaz Cabell of Cortland Manor, NY and Sebastian Janis of Las Vegas, NV; One adopted sister Erica Williams of Hartsville, SC; One brother, Eric S. Williams of Charlotte, NC; A special uncle Julius Ross of Bay Springs, MS; a host of nieces, nephews and other close relatives and friends.
