Mr. Delmer Lewis McCall, age 76, of Grayson, Kentucky, passed away Thursday morning, January 21, 2021, at his residence. He was born September 25, 1944, in Carter County, Kentucky, a son of the late Doward and Fern Conley McCall. Delmer proudly served our country in the United States Army. He was of the Baptist faith and retired from Kentucky Electric Steel. Delmer enjoyed classic cars, drag racing and spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James “Dickie” McCall and Bobby Joe McCall. Delmer is survived by his wife of 53 years, Wilma Sergent McCall; two sons, Tim McCall (Vicki) and Travis McCall (Amanda) all of Grayson, Kentucky; and three grandchildren, Macey McCall, Ali McCall and Derek McCall. He also leaves many other family members and friends who will sadly mourn his passing. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon Monday, January 25, 2021, at the Grayson Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Grayson, Kentucky, with Brother Dan Frederick officiating. Interment will follow, with full military honors presented by the Kyova American Legion Post No. 93, in the KY Veterans Cemetery NE in Greenup, Kentucky. Friends may visit from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, January 24, 2021, at the Grayson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 49 McCoy Road, Grayson, Kentucky 41143. Willy Kouns, Norman Sally, Blake Elam, Tim Scott, Terry Sally, Justin Roberts and Randy Carroll will serve as pallbearers.
