Brenda Kay Richter, 59, of Connellsville passed away peacefully Fri. Dec. 28, 2018 in the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born March 16, 1959 in Connellsville a daughter of John H. Richter of Juniata and the late Betty L. Basinger Richter. Brenda attended Laurel Highlands High School. She enjoyed playing bingo and cards with her family and friends. In addition to her father, Brenda will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her brother Jerry D. Richter of Connellsville, her sister-in-law Linda Richter of Vanderbilt, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. In addition to her mother Brenda was predeceased by her brother John H. Richter. Family and friends will be received Wed. from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Brooks Funeral Home Inc., 111 E. Green St. Connellsville (724-628-1430), where a Funeral Service will be held Thur. at 11:00 AM, with Rev. Dr. Marvin C. Watson officiating.
