Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, December 7, 2020 the death occurred of Everett "Lowell" Holmes, Charlottetown, age 70 years. Father of Julieanne Holmes-Pardy (Edward), Quispamsis, NB; Karla Holmes-Davis (Duane), Upper Tantallon, NS; and Jonathan Holmes (Lori Jameson), Charlottetown, PE. Grandfather of Avery, Jack, Oliver and Charlie. Lowell will be missed by his siblings Donald Holmes (Marian), Toronto, ON; and twin sister, June Holmes of Charlottetown, PE. Brother-in-law of Boyd MacQuarrie and Eleanor Holmes. Predeceased by his parents Clifford and Burdena (MacLaine) Holmes and siblings Sheila MacQuarrie and Mervin Holmes. Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, Stratford. Due to current restrictions, a private graveside service will be held. Interment will take place at East Wiltshire Cemetery.
