Jose Alberto Leiva, 38, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Siloam Springs Regional Hospital.

Jose was born on May 8, 1982 in Miami, Florida to Santiago Alberto Leiva and Enma Argentina Alvarado. He enjoyed drawing and biking in his spare time; but most of all he cherished his time with his loved ones.

He is survived by his parents; wife, Nixa Judith Leiva; daughter, Lixibeth Soanelly Leiva; 3 brothers, Wilmer Edmundo Alvarado, Jose Geovany Caceres, and Claudio Geovany Caceres; 3 sisters, Grisel Elizabeth Osejo, Brenda Lizeth Pineda, and Claudia Marisol Rust; and many other family and friends.

Visitation will be held, Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 4:00pm-8:00pm at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held Friday, January 22, 2021 at 11:00am at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home with burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
