William “John” Prosceno, 91, of Wilmington, Delaware passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.

A devout Catholic, Air Force veteran and retiree from DuPont, John was determined to provide for his family, which meant the world to him.  Everyone who knew him knew he was a most loving husband, father and friend, always willing to give of himself in the service of others.

John was the son of the late Mary and Pellegrino Prosceno. He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Janet and his sister, Alice Capaldi.   He is survived by his sons, Stephen, John (Annette) and Michael (Kristi), his grandchildren Paige and Jack, and his brother, Louis.

Funeral services will be held privately.
