Obituary

Annabelle Whitehawk was born in Pee-paw Plaines, SK where she grew up and loved living off the land with her family. Annabelle is a residential school survivor, and this experience gave her the determination for a better life.  She moved to various cities such as Vancouver, BC, and Brandon, MB.  In Brandon, MB one of her greatest achievements was successfully attaining her Bachelor of Arts Degree.  While growing up living off the land, Annabelle attained life-long skills as a reliable hard-working individual.  She continued throughout her life with tree planting, picking berries, and digging sin croute.  Among these skills, her happiest times were camping and picking blueberries.  Annabelle loved to visit with family reminiscing over memories, while smoking her cigarettes.  She taught her children and grandchildren great values in life and to always trust in Jesus.  Annabelle will be greatly missed for her guidance, straight forward mentality, and no-nonsense advice.
