Dwight Allen Olson

Dwight A. Olson-----56, Minot, formerly of Granville, ND, died Saturday, January 16, 2021 in a Minot hospital.  Dwight Allen Olson was born January 6, 1965, a son of Marlin and Lanetta (Johnson) Olson in Rugby, ND. He was raised and educated in the Granville area, where he graduated from Granville High School in 1983.    Following his graduation, he began a career in construction. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for Kemper Construction, Post Construction, and most recently R & P Insulation and Drilling, retiring due to health reasons.  He enjoyed playing and listening to all types of music, dancing, shooting pool, throwing darts, golfing and fishing. Dwight will be remembered by his one liner jokes, and witty remarks. Our family would like to thank Dwight’s companion and caregiver, Kristine Seabolt, for all the wonderful support and care shown to him over the past years.
