Dateline-Raymond, NH Jennifer L. Cyr “Jen”, 32, died unexpectedly on January 17, 2021 in Manchester, NH. She was born February 24, 1988 in Derry, NH, daughter of Michael Cyr and Judith (Newman) Garvin. Jen grew up in Raymond and Nottingham, NH and completed her elementary school and middle school education in Nottingham. She played soccer and softball in those younger years. Jen graduated from Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH, Class of 2006. Professionally, her passion was working as a horticulturist with Stonepost Nursery in Raymond, NH. Jen was always a hard worker and someone who enjoyed helping others. Formerly, she also helped her father at his construction business Minuteman Construction as she was a true Daddy’s Girl. Jen always seemed to have an abundance of energy and could light up a room with her smile making everyone laugh with her big personality and her undeniable beauty. Family meant everything to Jen and she cherished her time spent with her niece and nephews. Jen was a proud Aunt, always knew how to have fun with her nephews that she called “my boys” as they meant the world to her. She was always there with a helping hand. Whether it was to bathe them, feed them, or just be silly. She was said, “I am a mother without a child.” Jen loved gardening, going on hikes and doing yard work. She enjoyed hosting family parties and was a very talented decorator for those events. She is survived by her mother, Judy Newman-Garvin, her father and step-mother, Michael Cyr and Sandra Murphy, sister, Amanda Bourque, sister, Eryn Murphy, brother, Patrick Murphy and his fiancée Briana Coleman, sister, Casey Murphy, 4 nephews, Gabriel Duffy, Ulrik Beers, Baron Beers, Jameson Murphy, 1 niece, Gemma Murphy, her maternal grandfather and his wife, James and Judy Gervasi. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 12:00-2:00 PM at the Brewitt Funeral Home, Raymond, NH. Masks and social distancing will be required.
