Midnight became a part of the family on a cold rainy day 16 years ago when she showed up at our door, wet, starving, with her nails worn completely down. Someone had dropped her after she had had puppies. Midnight would eat anything she could reach. She loved going for walks in the mountain. She was my shadow. Wherever I went, she was beside me. She loved my two-year old granddaughter and would run to her the minute she cried. She has been a part of our family for 16 years and we will miss her tremendously. She’s been one of the best dogs I have ever had ❤
