It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Cindy Berlingeri on January 15th, 2021 at home surrounded by her husband and family at her side. Loving wife of Randy Berlingeri. Devoted mother to Kevin Berlingeri and Jeff Berlingeri (Kim), and precious grandmother to Emma Berlingeri. She is survived by her mother and best friend, Muriel Morin, her brother Randy Morin (Tammey), her brothers-in law Greg Berlingeri (Julie), Ralph Berlingeri (Celina), Paul Berlingeri, and her sister-in law, Christina Roy (Raymond), Rosanne Larriviere (Raymond) and Linda Gagnon (Claude). She will be lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. Cindy was the best Hockey Mom! She also loved being outdoors, especially at the cottage with her family and friends. Her greatest joy in life was being a Nana to Emma. Cindy was selfless, thoughtful and always put her family first. Her love of life was contagious with anyone who crossed paths with her. To know Cindy was to love Cindy. The family would like to thank Dr. Stephen Cohen for his care and compassion. They would also like to thank Dr. Nancy Woods, Nurse Sharon Mills and the Oncology staff at the Timmins and District Hospital. Special thanks to the Oncology Department at Health Sciences North Hospital in Sudbury, Marnie Chisholm, The Bayshore and the Community Care Access Centers, as well as the rail crew at Glencore. In light of the current pandemic, in efforts to protect the public and the family, they have decided to have a celebration of life in the upcoming spring. In lieu of flowers, donations the to the Canadian Cancer society, the House of Kin (Sudbury, ON) or the Oncology Department at the Timmins and District Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
