<p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Mr. Mark James Tschetter, of Lethbridge, beloved son of John and Dora, passed away suddenly on January 10, 2021 at the age of 46 years. </span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><span style="font-size:16px;">He leaves to mourn his sister Debbie Layden, brother-in-law Scott Layden as well as his niece Annabelle and nephews Ethan and Sawyer Layden.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Mark James Tschetter was born on April 2, 1974 to John and Dora Tschetter, at ValleyView, Alberta. In 1976 the Tschetter family moved to Lethbridge where Mark spent his formative years creating wonderful memories with his sister and friends in their neighborhood. In his early twenties Mark moved to Surrey, BC where he lived for the majority of his adult life. During this time, he worked for centennial foods, eventually becoming the head of shipping and receiving. Mark had a strong work ethic and took pride in his work achievements. In 2014 Mark decided to move back to Lethbridge so he could spend more time with his family. During his time back home, Mark frequently visited with his parents, sister, and those important to him and created wonderful memories. Prior to his passing Mark&#39;s love for his family was evident and he often shared with those closest to him how much he loved and appreciated them. Mark&#39;s family takes comfort in the fact that Mark knew how much his family loved and cherished him.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Mark was an adventurous soul and had many hobbies and interests. His passion for cooking has left a lasting impression on those in his life. Other activities that Mark enjoyed doing included fishing, camping, supporting his favorite hockey team (Edmonton Oilers) and caring for animals. Mark was an animal lover and had a deep emotional connection with the animals in his life. This love for animals caused him to volunteer at the Humane Society in Surrey, BC which brought much joy to him. Mark showed compassion to those around him and was a loyal friend to those in his life.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><span style="font-size:16px;">Mark had a love for the things of the Lord which started in his youth. He often spoke of Psalm 86 in times of struggle, this chapter was a prayer of deliverance. Through life&#39;s hardships and victories Mark shared with his family the value of truth and a deep desire for God to be his strength.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:georgia,serif;"><span style="font-size:16px;">The family invites those who wish to watch Mark&rsquo;s Memorial Service via livestream at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 20, 2021. Mr. Mark James Tschetter, of Lethbridge, beloved son of John and Dora, passed away suddenly on January 10, 2021 at the age of 46 years.
