Mrs. Pauline Rose (Gaudet) Moriarty, age 90 of Lynn, died on Thursday January 14, 2021 at Salem Hospital after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late William Moriarty.A Lifelong resident of Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Laura (LeBlanc) Gaudet. She was a graduate of St. Jean Baptiste Grammar School and St. Jean Baptiste High School, class of 1949.She had worked for many years at the former Building 19 on the Lynnway and previously at West Lynn Creamery and Cushman’s Bakery. Pauline was a member of the Franco American Auxiliary, and enjoyed arts and crafts and yard sales. She loved being a mother and grandmother and spending time with her family.Pauline is survived by 2 sons; William Moriarty Jr, of Danville, NH and Brian Moriarty and his wife Kathy of Goffstown, NH, her grandchildren; Keith Littles, Katie McCann, Shelby Kush, Mike Moriarty, Jim Moriarty, and Kim Lee, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. She was the mother of the late Denise Littles, and Debbie DeLutis, and the sister of the late Yvonne, Clifford, Romeo and Fred Gaudet, Geraldine LeBlanc, and Jeanette Tetro.Her Funeral will be held on Tuesday at 10:30am from the Solimine Funeral Home 67 Ocean St. (RTE1A), Lynn followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00AM in St. Pius V Church. Burial will be in St. Jean’s Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00AM-10:30AM. All attendees must follow all of the rules of the CDC, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the City of Lynn regarding social distancing and the wearing of masks.
