Gary Wayne Shifflett, 56, of Harrisonburg, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021, at home. Gary was born in Harrisonburg on October 3, 1964, a son of Eleanor Mae (Hanger) Rusmisel and the late David Charles Shifflett. Gary is survived by brother, Donald Lee Shifflett, of Harrisonburg; step brother, Roy DeWitt Rusmisel, Jr. and wife, Deborah, of Stuart. He was preceded in death by brother, David Charles Shifflett, Jr., and step-father, Roy Rusmisel. Johnson Funeral Service in Bridgewater is entrusted with arrangements.
