Decker, James (72) of Smithfield, died January 14, 2021 at Miriam Hospital after a brief illness.  He was husband to the late Susan Decker.  Born in Fulton, NY, he was the son of Richard and Doris Decker (Frawley). 

Jim was a traffic engineer who retired from Ocean State Signal in 2019.  He is survived by his two children, Angela Januario and Patrick Decker, and four grandchildren. 

Jim was a beloved father, grandfather, uncle and friend.  He would do anything for anyone and could fix anything.
