Ben Rhoades Gilbert, age 88, of Fayetteville, AR peacefully passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021. He was born November 1, 1932 to Anabel and Ben Gilbert in Houston, TX. Ben was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Earl, Bob and Jon, and son Benjamin. Ben is survived by his wife Emily of 63 years, son Bill Gilbert (Janeen) of Conway, AR, daughter Jennifer (Kent) Johnson of Morrilton, AR, brother Jim Gilbert of Houston, TX, granddaughters Susan Gilbert (Dusty Allsup) Rebecca Litland (Ken), 3 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
