<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Clarence Rogers Newby, II, 61, Nevada, MO passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at his home in Nevada following a lengthy illness.&nbsp; Clarence was born October 6, 1959 in Kansas City, MO to James R. and Galdys R. (Harden) Newby. He was united in marriage to Cathy C. Bunker on November 1, 1991 in Nevada and she survives of the home.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Clarence was raised in Kansas City and lived most of his adult life in Nevada. He worked for Peerless Products in Ft. Scott for many years. Clarence enjoyed fishing and camping with his family, hunting, woodworking, landscaping, and was an Elvis Presly Fan. He especially loved spending time with his family.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In addition to his wife Cathy, he is survived by his children, Shawn Igou (Shasta), Edinburg, IL, Kevin Igou, Walker, MO, Melissa Jones (Dustin), Nevada, Melisa Beisly (Bob), Nevada, Jonathan Richards, Nevada, and Anthony Richards (Madi), Nevada; eleven grandchildren, including granddaughter Zoey Leer, whom Clarence and Cathy had raised since infancy; two sisters, Barbara Kisner (Melvin), Warrensburg, MO, and Diane Kidd, Harrisonville, MO; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada with Pastor Jeff Adams officiating. Interment will follow in Mt.       Clarence Rogers Newby, II, 61, Nevada, MO passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at his home in Nevada following a lengthy illness.  Clarence was born October 6, 1959 in Kansas City, MO to James R. and Galdys R.
