William Franklin Lupton, 77, of Hedgesville passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Winchester Medical Center. Born August 6, 1943 in Hampshire County, WV he was the son of the late James William and Elizabeth Gertrude Haines Lupton. He was a veteran of the US Army. William is survived by his wife Bonita Hoy Lupton of 55 years; one son, James D. Lupton (Anita); one daughter, Dawn M. Petry (Daniel); and four grandchildren, Phillip M. Petry, Danielle M. Petry (fiancée Logan), Jessica L. Thorn (Marcus), and Amanda R. Lupton. He was preceded in death by one infant grandson and one infant granddaughter. Services to be announced at a later date. Interment will be private. Arrangements by Brown Funeral Home.August 6, 1943 - January 13, 202108/06/194301/13/2021
