Frances D. Rasmussen On Tuesday, January 12, 2021, the Earth lost a beautiful soul when Frances Rasmussen, 94, went to join her loving husband of 59 years, Norbert, in heaven. Fran will be remembered for her unselfish love and devotion to her family and friends. Fran was always the first to lend a hand and give support. All of those who were fortunate enough to be a part of her life knew how special she was. In addition to her husband, Fran is preceded in death by her granddaughter Katie. She is survived by her ten children; Bob (Sandy), Pat Peterson, Jean (Mike) Muckian, John, Kathy Valerius, Karen (John) Smith, Terri Baer, Linda (Kevin) Mulhern, Tom (Daniele), and Scott; 21 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 19, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at St Vincent Pallotti - West Site, 201 N. 76th St., Milwaukee. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at noon. Entombment to follow at Calvary Cemetery. For those with Covid concerns, a celebration of Fran’s life will be held at a later date.
