She was born on May 3, 1968 in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Helen was predeceased by her parents, Sergio & Juanita Salvador. She is survived by her husband, Ceferino Dela Cruz; daughter, Michella (Joseph) Higdon; son, Hunter Higdon; daughter Chantei Dela Cruz; grandson Jaden Espiritu; siblings, Ramona (Romulo) Simeon, Simeon (Rebecca) Salvador, Alberto (Josie) Salvador, Jaime (Ely) Salvador, Romualdo (Raquel) Salvador, Tony (Analyn) Salvador, Mila (Chris) Stillings.
