Mr, Johnny M. Adams ( 1947-2021) The family of Johnny M. Adams is deeply saddened to announce his passing on Thursday, January 14, 2021. He was truly an angel living among us. To have known him was to love him and to meet him was to be his friend. Mr. Adams will forever be remembered by his family and many friends as a strong man with a caring, gentle soul, and warm welcoming smile. Mr. Adams has resided in Panama City, Fl. for the majority of his life and was a retired History Teacher of 38 years. He was born December 7, 1947 in Opp, Alabama, son of Jullian and Nina Adams. He is survived by his two loving sons,Jonathan Brent Adams (Crystal) and Jason Adams. He was proceeded in death by his daughter Ashley Adams. Also surviving Johnny are his two sisters Shirley O'Connor, Betty McBride and 3 grandchildren: Kaylei Smith, Chloe Smith, and Lexi Gainer . Memorial Services will be Monday, January 18th at Kent Forest Lawn. Family will receive visitors at 10:00 am, Funeral Service begins at 11:00 am followed by Graveside Service at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Ray Adams, David Adams, Jamie Gibbens, Brad Gainer, Mike Riley, and Terry Kent Senior.
