Spier, Elizabeth (Missy), 69, of Egg Harbor Twp., passed away Monday, January 11, 2021. Missy was born August 19, 1951 to Margaret and Joseph McDonald and lived in Atlantic City along with her 9 siblings. Missy was a kind hearted selfless woman that saw only the best in everyone, she was loved by all that knew her. Always put everyone else's needs ahead of her own. She had an unwavering love for her family and friends that she deeply cherished. Missy was a devoted mother of Albert (Sport) who changed her world the day he was born, always referred to him as her miracle, but Missy was the best Mom he could ever ask for. They cherished the times spent together, whether away on vacation, clamming in the bay or just hanging out at Blueberry Hill. She adored her two granddaughters, Julia and Lacey Spier who refer to her as Chucky Cheese Mom Mom. She was known as Bub to her nephew Patrick who she also adored and was so proud of him and his wife Rita. Missy also held a special place in her heart for her Goddaughter, Debbie who was also her niece. Missy is preceded in death by her siblings, Maggie who recently received her wings, Lee, Joseph, James, Eileen, Danny, Patrick and John. Missy is survived by her son, Albert (wife Shelly) and granddaughters, her sister, Michaeline (James), and many nieces and nephews as well as extended family.
