Harold Kirk Warner, 86, of Duluth, MN went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Chris Jensen Health Center. Harold was born in Duluth to Adam and Freda Warner on March 22, 1934 and was raised in Lakewood Township. He graduated from Central High School in 1952. He then went on to get his apprenticeship in cabinetry at Scott Graff Lumber Company. His talents in woodworking went beyond cabinet making and he was an excellent master carpenter. He served his country in the Army for 4 years where he was stationed in Germany in the Combat Engineers. When he returned from Germany he married the love of his life Ardell Bloom on September 6, 1958 in Arnold Lutheran Church in Duluth, MN. They spent the next 60 years committed to each other until Ardell’s passing on May 10, 2019. The most important things in his life was his faith in Jesus Christ and his family. His relationships with his friends and acquaintances he deeply cherished. Harold had a passion for studying the Bible. His hands down favorite past time was deer hunting. He also loved to fish and be outdoors. He enjoyed his yearly fishing trips to remote lakes in Ontario (obituary photo is from one of those trips). He is preceded in death by his wife, Ardell; and his parents, Adam and Freda Warner. He is survived by his children, David, Mike (Laurel) and Julie (Jeremy) Carlsness; 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
