<p>Sandy Chimes, 77, of East Windsor Township died on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at the Presbyterian Home at Meadow Lakes, East Windsor Township. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y.</p><p><br></p><p>Mrs. Chimes was a computer programmer for Dow Jones before her retirement.</p><p><br></p><p>She was a member of the Perrineville Jewish Center, Millstone Township.</p><p>Her husband, Gordon Chimes, died in 2016.</p><p><br></p><p>Surviving are her children, Michael Chimes and wife Karen, Jill Scott and husband Steven, and Gary Chimes and wife Elisabeth; her grandchildren, Thomas and Daniel, Kaine, Landon, and Kaylen, and James and Sam; and a brother, Joel Bierer.</p><p><br></p><p>Graveside services will be held at the Perrineville Jewish Cemetery, Millstone Township. Memorial donations may be made to Special Olympics DE, 619 S. College Ave., Newark, DE 19716. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.</p><p><br></p>
