Jerome Anthony Kleppin "Jerry" On January 12th, 2021, Jerome “Jerry” was born to Eternal Life and found peace at the age of 88 due to complications of COVID-19. Beloved husband to Karolyn “Carrie” (Nee Karnopp) for 63 years. Loving father of Jane Waldeck. Devoted grandfather of Genesie (Kevin) Hauglie and Justin Waldeck (Mandy). Proud great-grandfather (Papa) of Abigail, Ella, Max and Stella. Proud veteran of both the Army and Air Force. Longtime member of the American Legion Post 416 in Greendale. Jerry was a family man. He loved being a Papa, Grampy and father, always there to listen, help and encourage. Jerry had a way with words and saw things in his own way. He was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him. Private family service will be held.
