Warren Grow

Warren Grow, 91, of Rockford, Illinois died Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Wesley Willows. Born in Rockford to the parents of Charles R. and Elizabeth M. (Broadway) Grow Rockford. Warren married Bernita (Rundblade) on October 22, 1949 in Rockford. She preceded him in death on May 19, 2017. Warren obtained his associates degree at RVC and went on to work his entire career as an electrician for Rockford Products for 57 years. Warren was a member of the American Legion. His vegetable garden took up most of his lot and was his favorite hobby. Every year Warren looked forward to donating his time at the food drive on Christmas for the Salvation Army. Survived by his son, Charles (Malea) of Gilbert, AZ; daughter, Nancy (Paul) Rehberg of Rockford, IL; grandchildren, Nathan and Allison of Chicago, IL; predeceased by his brother, Rve Grow; granddaughter, Kristin Franklin; infant daughter, Pam Grow. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Olson Funeral & Cremation Services, Fred C. Olson Chapel, 1001 2nd Ave., Rockford IL, 61104 with a walk-through visitation from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the service. Burial at Willwood Burial Park following the ceremony.
