Deborah Hill was born on October 30, 1956, in Battles, Mississippi to the late Ceola and Henderson Hill Sr. Deborah accepted Jesus Christ in her life at an early age. She attended school in Mobile, Alabama then later moved with her family to Sacramento, California. She attended high school in Sacramento, California. Deborah was blessed with two devoted and loving daughters, Brandi Nate Hill and TaChera Camay Hill. She later married Keith Roberts. She was a devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, great-aunt, and friend. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Ceola Sands Hill and Henderson Hill; brother, Henderson Hill Jr.; and three sisters, Leoria Hill-McLean, Phyllis Ruth Hill and Gretchen Wright, and beloved aunt, Annie Lee Hackett. Deborah was very creative and honed in on her entrepreneurial skills by starting her own catering business. Deborah loved to travel and had the opportunity to enjoy many adventures. Deborah's gifts of love and understanding went beyond measures when it came to her grandchildren. Her grandchildren were the loves of her life. She leaves to cherish her memory and carry on her Legacy of Love: two daughters: Brandi Nate’ Hill and TaChera Camay Hill (Antelope,Sacramento, CA); 10 grandchildren: Imani Muhammad, Ansar Muhammad, Jayla Urdiales, Ansarel Muhammad, Ansari Muhammad, Ansareli Muhammad, Taylor Williams, Kamila Williams, True Hill-Badger, Jurnee Hill-Badger (Sacramento, CA); one great-grandson Kannon Urdiales (Sacramento, CA); five sisters: Pamela Angel (Leon) Fairburn, GA; Shelia Weems Williams (Lawrence) Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Alma Hill, Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Thelma J. Mimbes (Douglas), Peachtree City, GA, Genetta Cannon (Gonzales), Sacramento, CA; three brothers: Jarett Shaun Hill (Erica), Roseville, CA, Gill Dailey (Estelle), Fresno, CA; Leslie Dailey (Evelyn), Sacramento, CA; and numerous loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; One aunt: Alphoncia Mabon, Chicago, IL; Stepmother: Dorothy Hill, Sacramento, CA, cousins, relatives, friends and a host of extended family. Deborah's wishes were to be cremated.

 

Due to Covid-19 restrictions a memorial service will be held at a later date.
