Lloyd Thompson 1942 - 2021 Lloyd Thompson of Creelman, Sask. passed away at the Arcola Health Centre, Arcola, Sask. on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at the age of 78. Lloyd’s memory will be forever cherished by his loving wife of 47 years, Fern (Quebec) Thompson, and their children: Ken (Kerry) Thompson and Tammy Hall (John), and daughter-in-law Michele Thompson. He will be missed and remembered by his precious grandchildren: Monica (Pierre), Asley (Steven), Lyle (Kristen), Chris, Amanda (Robert), Skylar, Brandon and Nicole (David), and great grandchildren: Josie, Arayva, Jackson, Keenan and Jaden. Lloyd is also survived by his brother Dennis (Joan) Thompson; sister-in-law Elsie Thompson; Fern’s family: Ken Quebec (Alice), Lorna Gabin, Peter & Dorothy Quebec, Gordon Quebec, Dennis & Kathy Quebec, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and lifelong friends. Lloyd was preceded in death by his son Albert Thompson; parents: Cliff & Lena Thompson; sister Yvonne Thompson in infancy; brothers: Lawrence (Valerie) Thompson and Kenneth Thompson; mother-in-law Violet Quebec; in-laws: Betty & Larry Wishard and Michele Gabin; nephews: Michael Quebec and Byll Quebec. A Celebration of Lloyd's life was held on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Stoughton, Sask. If friends so desire, donations in Lloyd’s memory may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #133, Box 548, Stoughton, Sask., S0G 4T0. Hall Funeral Services in Estevan provided care to the Thompson family - Dustin Hall, Funeral Director.
