Robert Lee Webb, Jr., 26, departed into eternity on January 9th, 2021. He was born on July 18th, 1994. He graduated from Valley High School in 2013 where he played the sport he loved, football. His favorite college football team was UofK and his favorite NFL team was the Washington Redskins. Robert had what you would call an "old soul." He loved going fishing, singing and dancing, drawing, listening to music and being with his family. He would always call his big cousin, Lil' Head and say, "what you cooking today cuz?" Most of all, Robert loved, loved, loved playing with his kids. Robert leaves to mourn his parents; mother, Tricia Covington; father, Thomas Spratley; three children, Amira Webb, Davinchi Webb and Nylah Stephens; grandparents, Barbara Ann Thompson, Robert Gullion, Jr.; great grandfather, Morris Gibson; 5 sisters, Barbara Moore, PeCola Moore, Bryanna Spratley, Keira Flippins and Raven Wallace; brothers, Ricky Booker and Thomas (TJ) Spratley, Jr.; his birth parents, Michelle Flippins and Robert Lee Webb, Sr.; step sisters, Tomesha Coleman and Marina Spratley and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
