<p>&nbsp;It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear brother and uncle Paul Pelletier.&nbsp; He passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at the McCreary/Alonsa Health Centre.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Paul was born on October 31, 1933 in the RM of Ste Rose where he resided for most of his working life.&nbsp; Uncle Pit was a man of many skills, including farmer, inventor, purebred cattle exhibitor, seed plant operator with his dad, house renovator and builder, gardener, singer and guitar player, and always on the ready for a new adventure!&nbsp;</p> <p>Paul was predeceased by his father Israel Pelletier in June 1983, his mother Leontine Pelletier (Mongrain) in July 2000, a baby sister Paula in 1940, his brother Benoit (Ben) Pelletier and his brothers in law Andre Guillas and Rosaire Gagnon.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>He leaves to mourn his passing; his 3 sisters Lucille Gagnon of St. Boniface, Jeanne Guillas of Ste Rose du Lac and Simone Worrall and husband Bernard Worrall of Ste Rose du Lac.&nbsp; He will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>A graveside service for Paul will be held at a later date in the Ste Rose Cemetery in Ste Rose du Lac.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude for the kindness and generosity shown to Uncle Paul by all of the health care providers at the McCreary/Alonsa Health Centre.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Should friends so desire, donations may be made in memory of Paul to the Prevost Foundation, Box 60, Ste Rose du Lac, MB, R0L 1S0 or to the Schizophrenia Society of Manitoba, 100-4 Fort Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3C 1R4</p>
