<p>Mary Murrell Grafton, age 92, of Laclede, formerly of Linneus, died Monday, January 11, 2021, at Pershing Memorial Hospital in Brookfield.&nbsp;</p> <p>Funeral Service will be Saturday, January 16, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Wright Funeral Home in Brookfield with Pastor Rusty Abbott officiating.&nbsp; Friends may call Friday, January 15, 2021, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Wright Funeral Home in Brookfield.</p> <p>Memorials to Morris Chapel Cemetery may be left at or mailed to Wright Funeral Home, P.O. Box 496, Brookfield, MO 64628.</p> <p>Mary Alice, daughter of John Cobb and Ethel Wiedemhammer was born, November 9, 1928 in Norborne.&nbsp; On July 29, 1956, she married Raymond Murrell who preceded her in death on November 1, 2006. On May 22, 2011, she married Lloyd Grafton who preceded her in death on March 27, 2016.</p> <p>Mary was the owner/operator of Murrell&rsquo;s Service Station in Linneus for several years.&nbsp; She loved to cook and opened several restaurants in Chillicothe throughout her lifetime.</p> <p>Mary was a member of the Linneus United Methodist Church, Linneus American Legion Auxiliary and Eastern Star in Chillicothe.</p> <p>Survivors include three sons, Wayne Murrell and wife, Sandy of Brookfield, Marvin Murrell and wife, Patty of Linneus and Kenny Murrell and wife, Sherry of Linneus; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister, Dolly Tyrrell of the State of Kansas; two brothers, Leroy Cobb of the State of Tennessee and Charles Cobb and wife, Myrna of St. Joseph; and several nieces and nephews.</p> <p>Her parents; five sisters, Doris Hamilton, Betty Lightle, Nadyne Howe, Frances Zummak and Ruby Ritchie; and one brother, Junior Cobb also preceded her in death.</p>
