Mrs. Ella M. Hays, 76, wife of Linford P. Hays, died Tuesday afternoon at her home in Richmond Township, following an illness of several months.  

 

She and her husband had made their home in that community since their marriage 57 years ago.  

 

Surviving are her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Flora Sethman and Mrs. Eva Plautz of Meadville and Mrs. Mina Bailey of Linesville; a son, Charles H. Hays of Youngstown, OH; a brother, John Collins of Townville; a sister, Mrs. M. E. Peelman of Meadville; nineteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  

 

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home. 

 

Interment was in Blooming Valley Cemetery.
