<p>Curtis Jerry Ratliff was born to Curtis Rogers and Viola Ratliff Glover in Alamance County, NC on April 12, 1948. &nbsp;Jerry was a 1966 graduate of Jordan Sellars High School and&nbsp;soon after enlisted into the United State Marine Corps. &nbsp;He served during the Vietnam Conflict and was awarded the Combat Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal with One Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal w/dev and the Rifle Sharpe Shooter Badge. &nbsp;He was a member of Burnetts&nbsp;Chapel Christian Church where he served faithfully with the Food Bank Ministry and the Missionaries. &nbsp;He was employed as a professional driver for Glen Raven Mills, Inc.&nbsp;</p> <p>He leaves loving and cherished memories to his loving wife Janet White Ratliff; two daughters: Tina R. Rogers (Donnell, Jr.) and LaToya Ratliff; brother: Leslie Glover; 10 grandchildren;&nbsp;two step-sons: Kevin Day (Crystal) and Craig Day as well as several nieces and nephews, in-laws, other relatives and dear friends. &nbsp;</p> <p>In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four siblings: Samuel Ratliff, Patricia Ann Ratliff Bryson, Shirley Jackson and Lossie Glover.</p>

He leaves loving and cherished memories to his loving wife Janet White Ratliff; two daughters: Tina R. Rogers (Donnell, Jr.) and LaToya Ratliff; brother: Leslie Glover; 10 grandchildren; two step-sons: Kevin Day (Crystal) and Craig Day as well as several nieces and nephews, in-laws, other relatives and dear friends.
