<p>Mr. Kenny M. Berry of Trenton, MO passed away unexpectedly at 12:46 pm on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton. He was 73 years old.&nbsp;</p> <p>An open visitation will be held on Sunday, January 10th from 1:00-5:00 pm. Family visitation will be held from 1:00-2:00pm on Monday, January 11th. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm, Monday, January 11 at Resthaven Mortuary. Burial will follow at the Berry Cemetery, which is located north of Galt, MO. Memorials are suggested by the family for Berry Cemetery. They may be left at Resthaven Mortuary.</p> <p>Mr. Berry was born on August 19, 1947 in rural Galt, MO. His parents were Leonard and Ruby Privitt Berry. He graduated from Galt High School in 1966. After graduation, he joined the U.S. Navy and served in the Philippines. He married Deborah (Debbie) Krewitz at Osgood, MO on November 14, 1976.&nbsp;</p> <p>Kenny is survived by his life-long partner and soulmate, Debbie, as well as his daughter, Natisha (Tisha) Berry. The family enjoyed taking short day trips and eating out in order to spend time together. Kenny and Debbie have enjoyed many antiquing trips throughout the Midwest, as well as to Texas.&nbsp; Other survivors include: two sisters, Judy Jackson and Mary Helen Richardson (Stan), all of Galt, &nbsp;and three brothers, Jerry (Sharon), Galt, Gary (Shirley), Trenton and Lewis, Galt. He is also survived by his mother in law, Patty Krewitz of Trenton. Other survivors include many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. He enjoyed keeping track of the various activities of his family members and is credited with being the uncle with &ldquo;the best hugs&rdquo;.&nbsp; He was preceded in death by his parents, as well as his father in law, Bobby Krewitz.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Berrys have operated an auto dealership for many years north of Trenton. Before his recent retirement, Kenny could be found in his shop repairing and detailing autos and lawn mowers for sale. Even though his business kept him busy, he always had time for friends and family members who would stop by the shop to chat. He never met a stranger, would always lend a helping hand to others, and was always telling stories about his childhood, the military, or his hobbies. He was an avid basketball fan and spent many evenings cheering for various teams in the region. He also supported and sponsored several sports teams and was an encouragement to many young players.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Mr. Kenny M. Berry of Trenton, MO passed away unexpectedly at 12:46 pm on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton. He was 73 years old.

Mr. Berry was born on August 19, 1947 in rural Galt, MO. His parents were Leonard and Ruby Privitt Berry. He graduated from Galt High School in 1966. After graduation, he joined the U.S. Navy and served in the Philippines. He married Deborah (Debbie) Krewitz at Osgood, MO on November 14, 1976.
