Henriquez, Rafael A. Sr. of Revere formerly of El Salvador passed away peacefully on January 7,2021.

Devoted husband of Ramana Henandez.

Loving father of Ricauter Urdaneta, Rafael Henriquez Jr., Felipe Henriquez, Yohanes Tefferi.

Dear brother of Marina, Jose, Gloria, Reina, Carmen, Maria, Tito, Patricia, Felipe, Daniela and is predeceased by a sister and brother. 

Family and friends will honor Rafael's life by gathering at the Ruggiero Family Memorial Home, 971 Saratoga Street Boston MA 02128, on Monday January 11th from 9:00AM-1:00PM  followed by a prayer service at 1:00PM. Services will conclude with Rafael being laid to rest in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.

All services will be held in accordance with Phase-2 of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts phased reopening plan due to COVID-19. Capacity will be limited. Face coverings are required to be worn and social distancing measures are encouraged.
