Highley, Tammy H., 42, of Reader, WV, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born January 25, 1978 in Massillon, OH, the daughter of Sharon (Lawson) Bowers and the late Clair Bowers. In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband, Benny Highley, two sons, Benji and Charlie Highley, a daughter, Jessica Highley, a sister, Charlotte (Eugene) Bassett, several nieces and nephews who all thought the world of her. A graveside gathering will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 1 PM at the Straight Cemetery, Reader, WV. Online condolences may be expressed at palmerfuneral.com.
