Janet Lucile Phillips (Crosbie) passed away peacefully on January 2nd, 2021 at the Foothills Hospital at the age of 79. Janet will be dearly missed by her children Wanda (Cal) Longson, Dwayne Phillips, Linda (Ernie) Desjarlais, Mike Phillips and Lisa Rogers. Janet will live on in the hearts of her grandchildren: Cody (Kristine), Cameron (Kate), Lacey (Cody), Dallas, Dustin, Samantha, Jordan (Rolanda), Tanya (Tyler), Robyn (Melanie), Amanda (Dennis), Hollie, Courtney, Brooklyn (Richard), Melissa (Cody) & 22 Great-Grandchildren. Janet is survived by her twin brother Bud and predeceased by her husband Leonard of 52 years and her parents Lucille and Claire Crosbie. Janet and Leonard raised their 5 children in Longview where she resided for 50 plus years and then moved to the Heartland Retirement Home in Okotoks, Janet had a passion for gardening and painting. She also enjoyed playing cards, doing puzzles, playing with her dog Nikki and spending time with family. No service will be held at this time due to Covid restrictions.
