Dear father of Linda (Patrick) Zielinski and Mark (Brenda) Spiegel. Loving grandfather of Nicole (Thomas) Schultz, Ryan (Ruth) Zielinski, Michael and Peter Spiegel. Cherished great-grandfather of Paul and Nina. Dear brother of James (Gretchen) and Daniel (Linda) Spiegel. Tom attended Don Bosco High School and was a Navy Veteran. He had a rewarding career in Fund Raising and Development for organizations including Thomas More High School, Northwestern Military Academy and Cedar Community. Anyone who knew Tom will remember that he was passionate about his hobbies but even more passionate about his family and friends. Eternal rest grant unto Tom, O Lord. Let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in the peace of Christ. Darkness feeds on our fear, but through Psalms 23 and 27, we fear not, for the Lord is with us during this time and forever. We take comfort that Tom is now our intercessor.
