Charles R. Wiley Jr., 76 of Ft. Madison passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 5:30 PM at the Ft. Madison Community Hospital. He was born on March 28, 1944 in Illinois to Charles R. and Dorothy Mason Wiley, Sr. Chuck worked various jobs and lastly was in production. Chuck served in the US Army. Survivors include one sister, Judy Pritchard of Florida and one brother, Roger Wiley of Palatine, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents.
